Explore the Wild Heart of Mid Wales

Beyond the comfort of your glamping pod or motorhome, the Cambrian Mountains offer endless opportunities to immerse yourself in nature.

The surrounding countryside is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and outdoor lovers alike.

Take peaceful walks along the nearby River Teifi, where you might spot kingfishers darting over the water or hear the call of curlews echoing across the fields. Wander the woodland trails and keep an eye out for deer, badgers, and a variety of native birds. In spring and summer, wildflowers bloom across the hillsides, attracting butterflies and bees to their vibrant feast.

For the more adventurous, there are ample hiking and cycling routes that wind through the mountains, revealing breathtaking views, hidden valleys, and ancient forests. The Cambrian Mountains are also a designated Dark Sky Reserve, meaning the natural environment here is protected, quiet, and rich in biodiversity.

Whether you prefer a gentle stroll, a challenging hike, or simply relaxing outdoors with a picnic and a good book, this is a place to reconnect with the rhythms of the land — day and night.
